So last weekend before UFC 84 I visited Marc Laimon's gym, Cobra Kai (ckjj.com), which is a few miles from the strip. After we filmed the rear naked choke technique we threw around the idea of letting him do it for real. It was an interesting experience that I don't regret whatsoever, but do not try this with your friends! My trip recap blog will be coming soon.

I met Marc down in Florida last month at Jake Rosholts fight (went down there with Team Takedown) and thought he was a super nice guy. Saw this video and your interview with him about the fight - keep up the great work.

Hahaha, what's with all the guys posting comments about girls who like MMA being impossible to find? They might try their local BJJ, MMA, Judo, and other martial arts clubs. Although that might not be too successful either... I am often the only girl at BJJ or Judo, and if I'm not, there are at most three others.
