Diego Sanchez has made a large request by calling out the winner of Penn-Florian. Sanchez has beat Kenny Florian once before in the Ultimate Fighter Finale to win the contract and the cash. However, Florian says Sanchez should be careful what he wishes for.

“He’s fought at 155 twice already and he has yet to finish anyopponent Florian said. “He’s seen what I’ve done in the weight classand the fighters that I’ve fought and I think he realizes that, although he won the show, I’ve done bigger things in my weight divisionthan he did at 170.”

“He had a lot of experience and that was the difference with him andthe rest of the guys on the show for the most part,” Florian said.“That was a big factor more than anything else, even more than theskill factor. The fact that he beat me so easily wasn’t indicative ofhow close our skill was. The main thing is that was then, this is now. It’s a completely different time and I’m a completely differentfighter. I definitely don’t think he’s evolved as much as I have, that’s for sure.”

On his upcoming title fight with BJ Penn, "I've been training all along and staying busy with that. The only thing I can do is just take it day-by-day and keeptraining. Finally the fight is here. It definitely feels good. I’mready to go. This is a dream fight for me and I’m not going to letanybody take this dream away from me.”
